The Cap'n Crunch Delights is actually a new dessert at Taco Bell.  I saw a TV commercial for them last night and figured that I'd share it with the denizens of the Shred.  LOL

I can't remember the last time I was in a Taco Bell. I saw that Chick-Fil-A was building a store in Holland, Michigan, if you are ever on this side of the state.
