I'm a big fan of that one David, I reviewed his latest which was very good but not as good as that one in my opinion.

Big fan of all of them (except for the Rocky's Filj one, which was almost completely new to me, bar the one track you posted in some thread, Dave (cant remember which thread, or which track it was for that matter LOL), liked what I heard though, thanks again for the recommendation Thumbs Up, and the LdF one, I got that mostly for the first two tracks, which I love, especially the title track, after that it goes a bit downhill, IMO), but QVL's debut was the first RPI album I heard, fell in love with it on first listen, so I guess I'll have to say that one. Heart  Embarrassed

All of those I've just recently aqcuired CD copies of btw, part of my summer madness RPI-zeuhl-SBB shopping spree. LOL Finally got my hands on some long time favourites, including those QVL albums, Weidorje and Khan's Space Shanty. Approve So damn happy! Big smile And broke! LOL

I've actually heard that Prat album before, at least parts of it, I think (that intro sounded familiar, I might confuse it with the intro of Weidorje's "Elohims Voyage" though LOL). I've definitely been aware of the album, that's for sure (it sits pretty high on the eclectic prog top 100 list, I think, at least that's where from I think I became aware of it). Will have to see if I can get me a copy of it, liked what I heard, especially, as mentioned, the intro. LOL

Now, though, I think I'll follow Sagi to Spain with this little beauty:

Mezquita - Recuerdos de mi Tierra (1979)
Another first listen to a newly aqcuired CD. Lovely symph prog with crazy good latin rhythms. Perhaps my favourite discovery through the Summer Madness polls. Thanks, Micky! Thumbs Up

Great to hear your opinion on those amazing RPI records and coincidently I just spun that Mezquita album a couple of weeks ago.

Such a great album, certainly of my faves from the decade.  Though I worry that it sounds like a cry for help.  I hope she is happy and  hope we hear from her again.
