I probably am putting this out to close to the time of Mellotron Storm's 2002, 2012 and 2022 poll, but I already had prepared a a list in wait and I don't expect very much interest in this accessory poll. A number of my top options, especially Swans' The Seer and Godspeed You! Black Emperor's Yanqui U.X.O. (love those albums) and Motorpsycho's Death Defying Unicorn definitely would have made my list had they not already been included in John's excellent poll here CLICK While this is lacking number of my favourites, there is still much that I love here, and even without those favourites, this is very same old, same old kind of line-up for me.

This list is largely based on what I am most interested in these days, but I did leave off many favourites due to space and sometimes because I felt they might be too obscure. Please excuse what to you might seem obvious omissions from my list that are not in John's recent 2's poll. My Awesome Prog lists are much longer and those are very incomplete based on what I know and like.

While I expect that very few of the active forum members would vote for five,
this is a multiple votes enabled poll. Vote for up to five (or more) albums in the poll and please mention what you voted for in a post. Thanks.

And love to hear about your faves not on my or John's list.

Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I have observed before. It can be much like that with music for me.

^ Thanks. This poll is weakened by what you did choose for your choice poll and so would not add here, but still great stuff for my tastes here of course. I noticed that I doubled the live by Anna von Hausswolff, but have now corrected it (I did the same with, I think, with my last poll). I would not expect many replies to this and it is all music I have covered at the forum before. Would be neat to see some others with different tastes than mine come up with their own unique lists as accessories to your series, I think.
