Arena

The 1997 Marillion, IQ and Pallas 1997 Vintage were generally disappointing, especially the first two. This opinion is mine alone

Arena. When you finally realize you're in the darkest fringes of the lampshade industry, a permafrost salad and a funnel become your favorite tools in a world addicted to laxatives.

Pallas: to me it sounds like a Greatest Hits album with many fine tunes. Arena a very close second, but I find it a little heavy (in the emotional sense of the word).

Arena, great album.

Seven Stories is a fine album, with one of IQ’s greatest songs (It All Stops Here)

Radiation is probably Marillion’s lowest point😑

The Visitor s a quite brilliant album; though they made several more excellent ones afterwards (especially Contagion), this is their masterpiece.
But a big shout for Pallas, whose Beat the Drum is a very fine effort.

"The Visitor". Very good Arena period, together with "Immortal?" and "Contagion". Their 3 best albums in my opinion.
