Band's MySpace

New fresh enjoyable band from Russia. I heard about them as of indie stuff, but recently cam across their debut album entitled "4". Purely indie (very much MUSE/RADIOHEAD-influenced) in the beginning, album then turns into a rather proggy adventure. With Post-Rock instrumental jerkly entitled "After Rock" and closing 11-min "Made Trade Fear" epic you can get one hell of an album! Recommended for Crossover Prog Diquoteque Lounge , but also influenced by SIGUR ROS and GOD IS AN ASTRONAUT, so I'm in doubts for now. Get in touch to get more samples

listening now to band's free EP (they had one on their old site), purely instrumental and the same way beautiful. Nothing special, but GOD IS AN ASTRONAUT-EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY fans should check them for sure!

Russian post-rock rules!Tongue
Well, EIMIC, actually,  is not a pure post-rock band, but does have a lot of post-rock influences. I'm looking forward to seeing this band on ProgArchives, as it fits a post-rock definition quite well.

yep, cham has already given them a green street. Who else should vote for including them into Post-Rock?

Cham has given his vote for them for inclusion for Post-Rock, I'm expecting the rest of the team to decide
