ClapClapClapClapClapClapClap  How many times I have played this I still think wow what a Jazz album. It is the same age as me., 50 years yeah, and it still sounds fresh. Josef must have good tasteBig smile

Thank You!

I've been wanting to explore jazz for quite some time now. I've listened to such jazz fusion artists as the Mahavishnu Orchestra, Area, and Lighthouse, and I wanted to listen to a real classic and I figured Miles Davis would be the best place to start.

Ha, sort of my reasoning to pick that one up too Tongue I don't think I've listened to it since my girlfried bought it a while ago, though, but I gave it a couple of spins when I borrowed it from a friend. I'd put it on if it wasn't bed time now...

OMEGA rules!!
"Music is much like f**king, but some composers can't climax and others climax too often, leaving themselves and the listener jaded and spent."

I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

These Secret Oyster chaps are quite good.  I had downloaded this album from emusic a few months ago, and forgot about. I'm finally listening to it for the first time today.  Very nice instrumental rock/jazz rock.

I've been doing that lately too... though I recommend John Coltrane to you even more than Miles, easily.

You can't go without hearing A Love Supreme, Giant Steps, Blue Train, etc.
