Not that I strongly encourage over-thinking such things, but I gained a renewed appreciation for The Lamb recently when some random surfing the internet turned into a  several-hours reading of different, incredibly detailed interpretations people have of the Lamb's theme and storyline.  It really is deep and full of many possible interpretations, and I found that to be very fascinating.

I've only gotten into the music, and not the concept and lyrics, of The Lamb, yet, so I might just search the internet for something like that, someday. I really think studying the lyrics and concept a bit closer would give me a deeper appreciation of the album. Thanks for the tip!

^^ (re Momentary Lapse cover)  Interesting thing about that Hipgnosis cover is that all of those beds are real - it's not a photographic trick.  I read that in Nick Schaffner's Floyd book.
