I'm streaming Le Mans while also watching the truck race at work right now. No newscast until after the baseball game, which means I'll probably miss the end of the truck race.

2 1/5 hours to go and the #20 Porsche of Bernhard/Webber/Hartley leads the #2 Audi by about 40s, and Lotterer is charging. Game on.

What a race! A short, sharp shower in the second hour causes chaos and a crash that wiped out the #3 Audi and damaged the #8 Toyota, the #7 Toyota leads comfortably until an electrical fault with the wiring loom puts them out at 5am then the #2 Audi leads until it needs a turbo change then the #1 Audi leads, having been completely rebuilt following Wednesday's massive crash, until it too needs a turbo change leaving Mark Webber's #20 Porsche in the lead until the last two hours when it suffers an engine failure putting it out. An excellent race and the #2 Audi of Lotterer/Treluyer/Fassler had to really fight for that win.

I wanted the #20 Porsche to win so bad! If only because I would've been happy to see Webber win.

Michael Schumacher is out of the coma, and now is set to continue rehab.
Surely a long road ahead, and who knows what eventually he'll be like, but a great piece of news still.

Yikes, I have been neglectful...can't believe I left winter cat up into June! Best go back to Lehto's championship car :D
Sadly missed the entire 24 hours due to various reasons, but congrats to the winners. Not heard of them personally, shame Webber apparently was in position before it went kablamo :(

^Lotterer/Treluyer/Fassler have now won Le Mans 3 times in 4 years, including that epic battle with Bourdais and Pagenaud in 2011!
It's good to hear that Schumacher is out of the coma, but the fact that we're not being told anything of his condition probably means it's not great unfortunately.

^Yeah, Schumi has a VERY long road to recovery ahead of him that won't be easy with rehab. It's still reassuring to hear that he's out of the coma, at least.

Indeed, just a bit of good news, especially considering how long it was.
Ah yes, Austria makes a return to F1 after 11 years! I only saw one Austrian GP, the last one, but I recall liking the track. At least I did in the racing games.

It's also nice to have a track back on the calendar that has names for it's corners, so its Castrol, Remus and Gosser instead of 1,2 and 3!

A Williams front row! Was not expecting that at all, looks like we're in for an interesting race tomorrow. Should be interesting to see the Mercedes cars come through the field, Hamilton especially. Can't wait!
