Well my sleep habits are all wrong so I've never been kept awake from them, but I can see people having trouble sleeping with them, especially if they are close. Safety issues too make me not a fan.
so that's why you're still posting when all other Americans have gone to bed! I thought you were in a weird different time zone or something

Neurotica is everywhere and nowhere at once.

But yeah...back in hs/college I developed some bad habits and insomnia. The latter pops up every now and then, and it's really hard for me to try and change my sleeping patterns (body doesn't respond well). This was only exasperated with one job I had (which was overnight/late night) and totally f**ked me in this department. Now, I'm about four hours off a "normal" 9-5 schedule, which is slightly better but the insomnia still kciks in  from time to time.
ah yeah I've seen it with other people too, that's tough to escape
doesn't it annoy you when you're staying up late and the sun starts coming up again? that's always sh*t

oh yes. always makes me think 'well...there goes any hope I had of having a productive tomorrow'.

also, this actually happened yesterday. the only consolation was it was quite a lovely sunrise. but still...I rather experience a nice sunset.

being in jackals is probably bad.

and yeah...also, the bad sleep two nights ago didn't lead to good sleep tonight...so even less greatness all around.
