In order
79, 71, 72, 78, 74, 73, 77, 70, 76, 69, 75, 68 Thick is the best album but it doesn’t have the most great music. Get the remixes to find out |

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.

I love Minstrel in the Gallery. Ian's acoustic guitar work here is excellent!

I agree, Tull is so much more than Thick as a Brick

Make it four. Aqualung is Tull's greatest album, bar none.

Not the best album but 1971 may be Tulls best year. Close to 20 songs. Many strong ones. But I give 1979 the edge with over 20 songs and plenty of goodies |

Really would like to see at least one vote to War Child, because even This Was has one. War Child seems to be the most underrated Tull-album. Maybe it´s not very prog, but I really love it!

Tull didn’t drop off at all in 74. They just tried some pop songs after the critics knocked APP. They really should have released 3 albums. Plenty of prog in there |

TAAB, Stand Up and Aqualiung are their best 3, but I chose Stand Up, because it's the one I discovered rocjk (and prog) with.
WC is hardly their worse (Too Old... is from those years), but it's down there AFAIAC, with APP and SW. As for This Was, it's actually an excellent album (in the top 5, IMHO), though out of character from Tull.
