Erm...

Apart from that photo, she's usually hot.

One thing I do like about her is that she doesn't do glamour photos.  She doesn't show much skin.

Sorry to hear that, David.  It must be difficult for you, your brother and your mother (and probably your father too, however much you dislike the way he is).  However, I can fully understand why you'd feel like that towards him.  Alcohol is terrible like that.  He must be quite broken inside to have stuck to alcohol for so long.  I think only if you're depressed you drink.  It spirals out of control then.

I don't really know what to suggest though.  Maybe a week holiday or staying over a mate's house for a while may work... just to get you away from that environment.  Of course, sort your family too though, don't make it look like you're running away.

Hug

Thanks James. Hug We're going on vacation to Lake Michigan (which sounds like it's quite beautiful up there) in a few weeks, and getting away from daily issues will definitely help that out. I've just come to terms with a lot of things tonight and I'll take the best and brightest attitude I can with whatever happens next.

And we have other family that lives close by and has told us we are welcome to spend the night or even live with them for a few weeks if it gets bad enough. So it will work out in some way.

What part of Lake Michigan?

And I'm sorry to hear that. Cry

Traverse City apparently.

200 miles away, up at the top of the lower peninsula. I don't recall ever being there but Lake Michigan is beautiful indeed.

Despite the doom and gloom, I find Alternative 4 and Judgement to still be uplifting, and sometimes Anathema's lyrical content seems pretty hope-filled.

Although I may listen to Addicted! after this.

What exit off the highway is yours? If I remember, I'll be sure to wave and yell "HI MATT!" when we drive by.

I'm going to go for a run, then listen to Terria while pretending to do my politics readings.

Agreed.

Speaking of which, he needs to post some East Coast U.S. dates soon so I can go ahead and get tickets for him.

I'm also 90% sure I'm getting VIP tickets. He's one of the few musicians I'd want to meet.
