Too many choices and there are some good classic bands in there ie: The Strawbs and Vanilla Fudge. I went with Nektar over TD. It was hard I like TD. I've seen the classic lineup twice but overall I go with Nektar for the variety of music. TD is great for reading or relaxing to but Nektar has some music that gets me going and in a good mood.

As is my perogative, although they didn't generate as much interest as I had hoped, I do still like to add info to these threads that I created whenever I run across anything new, so bear with me.  Clarke2001 posted a new poll today that included the fact that Tuna Laguna had a free album for download from their website.  So, if anyone is interested, here is a link to that website and album.

It is interesting as much as I like TD that they would beat out Nektar. Nektar is far more varied. I guess if you go for longevity TD would beat out Nektar although IMHO the TD lineup of the 70's is far better than what Froese puts out now and using that as a measure Nektar would be up there with them.
