New St. Vincent song there. Really, really, really good.

I posted the Playlist for anyone that wants to continue to listen to the new album's songs.

I miss enjoying the outdoors. Too much crappy weather lately.

Another day, another near-hypothermic, vomit-inducing track practice.

Haven't received my pre-order yet, but I pre-ordered pretty late, so it'll probably arrive a bit later than the actual release date. I'll give an opinion on it here when I've received it and given it a couple of listens.

De er OK, men ingenting mer i min bok. Har ikke hørt noenting av Sunn O))), men hørt positive ting om dem, så jeg er veldig spent på deres nye samarbeidsplate.

Track feels like death, and cross-country is almost as bad, but a good amount of cardiac exercise helps a lot with sleeping habits and dealing w/ depression. Usually, my best days emotionally are the days after a track practice.

Yeah, that's a biggie. Part of it, too, might be that I enjoy the company of the people on my track team. I didn't particularly like running, but already being friends with some of the runners helped me ease my way in.

When you run, your brain releases endorphins, which gives you a feeling of well-being. Sex and spicy foods will also make the brain release endorphins.

Well, apparently it happens when you eat spicy food, but I'm not so sure myself. But it's definitely true when you run, because recently I haven't been running much, and I went for a run yesterday, and afterwards, I felt really, really good.

The more you run, the more energy you'll have on a daily basis.
