Pretty amazing demo showing lots of songs that would end up on the first few Van Halen albums in different versions (usually with different titles and lyrics), as well as a lot of songs that never made it to album.  They already had their signature sound even before their first album!

Get the Show On the Road = Romeo Delight
Voodoo Queen = Mean Street
etc

I get the feeling that the majority of their first 4 albums was drawn from one huge pool of songs written even before they got signed.  This might explain why, when "Diver Down" (the 5th) came out, over half of it was cover songs.  That well had temporarily run dry.
