I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable behavior of one of your bus drivers during my recent journey on Thursday, 17th July. At approximately 1:13 PM, I boarded the bus at the bus stop near Lidl. Upon boarding, I showed my valid ticket, which clearly indicated that it was valid until 1:50 PM. The old bus driver insisted that I scan the ticket, so I held it out for him to do so. When he failed to scan it on the first attempt, he rudely demanded that I hold the ticket "properly," despite my cooperation from the beginning. I calmly explained that my ticket was valid until 1:50 PM, but the driver insisted rudely that I needed to pay again!! I informed him that my ticket was valid, and I was not responsible for any inconvenience. Unlike most drivers who simply just check the time and accept valid tickets without the need to scan it, this driver appeared to have a negative attitude from the start, especially when he insisted that I have to pay. After several attempts, the ticket finally scanned successfully, but the driver became visibly angry and, in an unprofessional manner, grabbed the ticket and crumpled it. I find this behavior disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I would like to understand if this conduct reflects the values and customer service standards of your company. Bus drivers have a duty to treat passengers courteously and professionally. If this is not possible, I believe corrective action should be taken.
