This all sounds good to me - I'm busy on Tuesday, otherwise I'd volunteer to help with scouting out pubs.

Thanks guys for your quick response. Don't worry Syzygy, going out to a pub and then onwards to eat in an Indian restaurant isn't exactly a chore but the sentiment is appreciated.

The Golden Shalimar is now booked (8 people @7.30pm on Friday the 20th), which is what we have so far. I can call again and 'up' the body count should the need arise.

I'm happy to pass my mobile number (at request via PM) if any of you need it.

Has anybody thought of Cert&fied yet.

I mean, the thread titles is rather obscure and this is why EL and DH have not seen it before I PM'd them about it?

To see how much more reaction we could get, maybe the thread starter could rename his thread by calling it the first ProgArchives Convention?

Will PM with Simon (sigod) as we have met before and he seems to be the organising the curry!

3F, you'll be there in spirit I'm sure. We'll be sure and raise a glass for all who can't make it.
