The one song you think defines the Chamber Prog sub-genre.

I submit North Sea Radio Orchestra's "Morpheus Miracle Maker" from their 2011 "I a moon" album

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here's a few others I considered:
The Beatles - Eleanor Rigby
Panzerpappa - Astromalist
Aranis - Roque
Gatto Marte - Fuga Semiotica
Elvis Costello & The Brodsky Quartet - The Birds Will Still Be Singing
iamthemorning - touching II
Julverne - Le Fils Du Roy Est Nevrose
Penguin Cafe Orchestra - Perpetuum Mobile
Art Zoyd - Ballade
Estradasphere - Mekapses Yitonisa
Making the useless useful 24/7.
Art Zoyd's half hour "Glissements Progressifs du Plaisir", which mangages to cover all the bases and then some in chamber prog, and is excellent to boot. The drums are particularly well played and mindblowing. Unfortunately, no videos of it can be found.
Second that.
And I'd like to add, as a beautiful examples of chamber prog in my humble opinion, Wishing Well (Free cover) and Burn (Deep Purple cover) from Kai, the official debut album by Yagull, freshly released on Leonard Pavkovic's MoonJune Records (Yagull is a Serbian-Japanese duo who are not in PA yet, but it's already suggested for PA' Fusion section).
Quote Carsten Pieper Pure beauty centred around acoustic guitar and grand piano. Very calming music in the best sense!Plus a highly unforseeable cover by Deep Purple's Burn (btw, my favourite song of their Coverdale era)!Favorite track: Dark.
North Sea Radio Orchestra's I A Moon is superb. Great choicesClap! I would also suggest Empty Days' "Running Water" (with Elaine DiFalco's lovely vocals) and the whole of Five Storey Ensemble's Not That City. Both albums were among my top 2013 releases.
