Circus of Idiots is a Avant Garde Progressive Rock band from Santa Clara,California that started in 2010 as a duo between two friends who simply love music. They draw influence from such artists as Swans, Porcupine Tree, John Coltrane an many many more.

Hmmm yeah...LOL I'm not sure what to think with these guys. They're definitely avant and jazzy and all over the place, but I'm kinda missing two things: first of all prog, second a professional production. 
I'll give em the benefit of a doubt though and pass them on to the ZART team, but I am not personally convinced.
