I do like more quantities of music by Caravan (of course it not really comparable) but imo National Health's self titled debut is the only five star classic from any of these bands. I guess both seems about fair.

Not much of a backlog of Nasty Health studio albums to consider this match-up equitable (like there's three of them). But when they were in the zone, Caravan prog rocked suitably enough. Also a little more traditional compared to 'Health's output which I happen to "canter" to (Caravan, that is). I wouldn't recommend most of what they did, though.
