Didn't know either band. Based on these tracks definitely Three Trapped Tigers. Leprous' "The Valley" is not at all to my tastes, whereas I found Three Trapped Tigers' "Engrams" enjoyable.
Just a fanboy passin' through.

Although I own most of Leprous' albums I don't play them often, as their music just doesn't do much for me.

Haven't heard anything from TTT before, but the track posted here is more up my alley than anything I've heard from Leprous, including "The Valley", my favourite track of theirs, so they get my vote.

Leprous with ease (though The Valley is arguably the worst track on Coal). TTT seemed nice if not overly interesting.
Spending more than I should on Prog since 2005
