Have only heard Sides and that Goose thing. I'll go with Sides.

If you're a fan, I urge that you hear his solo-piano music. Ivory Moon and Soiree are some of his best work. And for anyone who enjoys Slow Waves, the much-newer City Dreams really expands on that. Beautiful keyboard work

Oh.. thought this was a top-ten of sorts. My bad.
Well, my strict very-favorite albums of his are 1984, City of Dreams, Soiree (very romantic, classical music. Takes me to centuries back..), Meadows of Englewood (I'm lucky to own that Argentine-only release album, and I very recently got my hands on it for a low price)..

Archive Vol. II has great instrumental takes from his 80's Invisible Men album, which is an album I really don't like, but in the context of its instrumentals, brilliant. Why Sinks The Cauldron? and Her Last Sleepwalk from that Archive is stunning, very poignant.
Seventh Heaven is a great classical work from the most recent stage of Ant, and I really hope he continues to make albums. It's been a while, and I await his next release because he's the most consistent artist I've ever discovered.

The Geese and the Ghost, Wise After the Event, and Sides make a fine trilogy for me.
