The site has no listing for the German band sToa. I know of 4 albums: Urthona (1993), Porta VIII (1994), Zal (2002), and Silmand (2008). Strikes me as Electronic/Symphonic Prog. A history might be very interesting.

After listening to these samples I can say that I like them as much as I like the Italian neo gothic band Ataraxia.
I'm not sure it's prog. Ataraxia is not.

Listened to some samples but quite doubtful if it's really "rock".

I think it's neo-gothic. I like the genre but I don't think they are a fit for this site. Only the first sample has a spacey mood but that's all.
