Yes, I'm developing what seems to be the early warning signs of tendonitis in my wrist area. I'm a 16-year-old classical guitarist with a disciplined practice schedule, so it kills me to stop for a few days (which is what my teacher suggested). Has anyone here experienced this? Any further advice on how to treat it?

That would be great, I'm almost sick with worry.

(Also, I'm typing with one hand, the other one is resting, so no worries)
