I've done a mistake! I put Lake in the space of the question. ![]() Now I tried to add him but it's not possible, so I took Jakko Jakszyk off and put Lake.

Wetton. It isn't even close. I couldn't honestly tell you how good Jakko is because when I saw KC on their last tour the sound system was so bad that the drums and the Mel's sax drowned out Jakko (singing and playing), Tony Levin and even Fripp. I want my money back.

In my opinion:
Lake >> (far away) Belew > Burrell > Wetton > Haskell.

Lake by far. Wetton is a poor man's Greg Lake but he's second. Then Burrell, Haskell, Belew, Jakko.

Wetton's voice sucks when he isn't doing slow tunes. Mediocre husky voice lol

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.

In my opinion, Wetton has a breathless voice. He couldn't sing a melody of great breath.
For example, in an epic song like Exiles, you can hear the limits of Wetton's voice, which can not keep up with the melody. Had there been Lake, he would have amplified the melodic and epic music with his voice. in fact, with Wetton KC mostly played rock songs.

I probably should have picked Greg Lake but chose Wetton instead. It's more or less a toss up for me.

Wetton over Lake. Not a fan of Belew. For what it's worth I also like Jakko...

He neither drank, smoked, nor rode a bicycle. Living frugally, saving his money, he died early, surrounded by greedy relatives. It was a great lesson to me -- John Barrymore
