Which one do you think is the best album? Wise for me, but both are classics.

Wise after the Event without doubt. If there is any solo album by a former Genesis member to which I have turned every now and then in the past 40 years, it is this one.

Wise is OK 4 stars rounded up from 3.5 but for me The Geese and the Ghost is a five star. BTW update your poll for the title there.

I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

Remember your phonics: It's Geese before Ghost, unless followed by (sic). I voted "Geese & Ghost" which I prefer by far over "Wise After the Event," which I also like. Side One of Geese (on vinyl) is some of the most beautiful music ever laid down.

Hi,
Slart's list and at least 10 other CD's for me. I can not possibly choose one! Anthony is also special for me, as he allowed me to use a small part of SLOW DANCE, on the first LIVE issue of the YGDRASIL JOURNAL OF POETIC ARTS ... it had recorded readings, including Gilli Smith, who also gave permission to use her material and readings. Several folks from that time at the YGDRASIL JOPA, were also featured. The poetry magazine is here: http://users.synapse.net/kgerken/

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Geese and the Ghost is the only album I have heard by him other than the living room concert.
I initially typed "snowgoose." :D

As much as I love The Geese and the Ghost, Wise after the Event is in my all-time Top 10!
