My heart says Camel (who is hardly symphonic). I normally don't trust my heart but I made an exception. Both are wonderful though.

This is a nice one to ask and very tough. Both have a special place in my heart. I'd like to support the underdog but it wouldn't be honest to vote against all my great listening and concert experiences with Camel, so for once I vote both (despite not liking the inclusion of that category in general ).

I was going to vote both equally but Renaissance has meant more to me in recent years, buoyed by frequent live performances in the US Northeast

Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like another poll would make it alright.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

Renaissance for me. Annie's vocals are too heavenly not to vote for them.

Two bands whose music I love and enjoy very much. That said, Camel gets my vote, but only by a very small fraction.

Both equally, although I always thought Camel were at their best in their instrumental passages.
