I've been searching and I found the thread from 2014 locked up: http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=97772
And I realized that Swindon's Vincent Carr's SUMIC isn't here yet.
Anyway, he released a new CD that is indeed a beautiful English proggy folky thing.

Compact Disc (CD) + Digital Album

A beautifully produced gatefold wallet CD edition of the 'New Paeans' album.

Includes unlimited streaming of New Paeans via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.
ships out within 4 days

  £7 GBP or more

about

The sixth album from Vincent Carr's SUMIC is an epic and melodic journey through folk and progressive rock. Soaring melodies, memorable compositions and my first 'cover version' - a reworking of 'The House of the Rising Sun'. But, if you think you know what to expect, think again!

we are going to send him over to psych/space.  A couple of the albums are folkie but he's more like a solo Pink Floyd
