Camel for me. The only Gentle Giant duo for me that has a fighting chance in these sort of polls are the first two.

Camel for me too. It would be sheer Lunar Sea for me to vote Gentle Giant when I have most of Camel's albums and none by Gentle Giant. Smile

I'd take the Snow Goose and Moonmadness against any other pair of albums by any band you can name, but Mirage is close behind.
I really like and respect GG, but I absolutely love Camel.

Both artists require a particular state of being to listen to.
I prefer the more alert and energetic mood of GG today.
In a more relaxed state, I would be listening to Camel.

Octopus is fantastic and little bit better than Mirage and PaG and MMm is the same level for me.

So GG takes it.

Yeah all four albums are great. And, as a whole, I'm more a fan of Gentle Giant. But Mirage and Moonmadness together is just too powerful. I love The Power and the Glory and obviously Octopus, but no, vote went to Camel here.
