Number 1 is pretty clear, but then, so many options. I mean, what to select from Tago Mago, what from Soon Over Babaluma, these could be nominated in full, similarly Future Days, though not quite as high on my list. I think I leave them out in order to avoid a decision, and pick those that stand out elsewhere, with some preference for outsider choices (Mother Sky is too obvious, so not that one either).

1 Spoon
2 Yoo Doo Right
3 Vitamin C
4 Ibis
5 Thief

That's a very innovative beginning of a Can list. Curious whether in the whole world we can find anyone else who'd start it like this!

On the other hand whole Tago-Mago is masterpiece. I could have put all my five from that album, but because two earlier and two afteralbums are almost as great (specially those songs I choose), I choose others from them. But I would have put there Paperhouse, Mushroom & Oh Yeah, because that´s the best album side ever made (or then it´s Wigwam´s Fairyport´s first side)!
