I found Cybotron - Colossus - Medusa on a compilation titled, "A Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble (Exploding In Your Mind) - The Wizards Of OZ - Compiled And Mixed By The Amorphous Androgynous" (although the track is mislabelled on that compilation). However, Cybotron are listed in PA under Progressive Electronic (an appropriate sub-genre for this particular track).

 
 
I was thinking about thinking but it really didn't get me very far.

This album was sold out of Fripp's DGM website. 1994, Prometheus featuring Steve Ball, Pat Mastelotto and Sanford Ponder.  Recently cleared for addition.
