The latest edition of my theme polls has some of our favorite prog artists telling lies. It is political season here in the USA, so we have heard and will be hearing some real doozies over the next few months. Maybe you have heard them all...maybe they are new to you. Check them out and let me know which of these prog artists tells the best lie. Of course there were plenty of others that I couldn't fit into the 25 slots, so I have given you number 25 for you to provide your favorite whopper. After all, that is what us PAers like to do.

great poll!
gave my vote to the underrated and overlooked Poverty's No Crime. How these guys are not bigger, I do not understand.

Camel. I love the sound of Andy Latimer’s guitar in that song.

I heard rumors that this was the playlist at the latest Trump rally in New Hampshire. Seriously though, let's not make this a political thread. How can you tell if a politician is lying? His lips are moving.

I would vote for this before any of the other options....

For this I actually took the time to listen to the ones I hadn't heard before (most of them).
So with absolute certainty I voted for Camel, which was going to vote for anyway, unless something exceptional came on the way. In a past life I would've gone for DT, but last year I discovered Camel and it is my new favorite band. |

That Symphony X one I missed. Of course I ran out of spaces, so I stopped searching.

Nine Stones Close. The second half of this track is stellar (and the album Leaves remains stellar for the 30 minutes that follow).

Emerald Lies although the Greg Lake song is pretty decent and one of the better things on his debut album.
