Another day out at the progressive zoo.  Of course this is the high rent district with all of the popular animals.  I won't post the videos as you likely know most of these songs.  Here's hoping that you take the time to check out and listen to the songs in poll #1 but for those without the time nor inclination, this poll is for you.Big smile

It's going to be difficult to beat Snow Goose but I'm going for the Gentle Giant.

Elephant Talk and Black Cat are strong contenders, but Lemmings (my favourite VDGG song) snatches this one for me.

Not easy, but I'm going for VDGG's Lemmings. Not because it is my favourite band (it is not, otherwise I would have voted KC), but I think this track stands out compared to the others listed here, to my ears.

I like the KC song but voted Shock the Monkey----think the Fox song is unlistenable.

I like the Fox song...I was thought that it was kind of a fun listen.

Of course, my vote went for Rush.

I didn't pick Dogs, or Pigs or Sheep for Pink Floyd because they aren't zoo animals.  I debated about having two tigers since that would make it more Noah's Ark, but instead of Tiger in a Spotlight from ELP, I could have gone with Bullfrog...but again not really a zoo animal.

The Snow Goose is simply incomparable, both as a track and as an album.

"Lemmings" may be my favourite VDGG song, but I see it's already got a few votes, so I went for KC's "Elephant Talk". On the other hand, most of the songs listed here are quite strong, with the possible exception of "Tiger in the Spotlight", which is not one of ELP's finest moments.

Voted for Rush, but it's really a tie with KC.
