What do you do against sleepless nights? I think I'll never have sleepless nights anymore. This is the perfect "dope" to fall asleep in just minutes. Muffled recordings of just people talking are the most soothing in the world to me. There's something strangely comforting and reassuring about it, and even when I'm only barely able to hear what's actually being said it offers a pleasant droning noise. It helps me a lot.
