Echolyn and Big Big Train are the twin peaks of this year. Other good albums by Ian Anderson and The Enid.

ALT is one of the few albums Paul would only give 2 stars, so it must be quite something. And actually it is! Big smile

Anathema - Weather Systems

Wonderful album!

It Bites are not far behind, and STCBM is the best Marillion album since……well, Brave I reckon!

I had a feeling you'd vote for Van der Graaf Generator, even though it's only a 2-star album in my ALT-ernative universe. Tongue

Lots of good stuff here.
Mr. Hackett gets the nod, with BBT, It Bites, Mr. Wakeman, Squackett and Mostly Autumn in tow.
Welcome to the middle of the film.

This is the best prog year so far for me since the classic 1970's era. Thumbs Up
