Hi,

String Driven Thing (all albums are neat and with Graham Smith)
Siouxie and the Banshees
Sonic Youth
Stevie Ray Vaughn 

... to add a few. Not sure that Siouxie or Sonic Youth should/could be listed as "progressive", but SRV is definitely not, although I really think that his guitar explorations are excellent and sometimes more into the piece than Steve Howe, who tends to go to Mars and then come back!  SDT is about really nice stuff, with some very special pieces.

Interesting that you mention those, Mosh, but how about sticking to the more prog rock side of things? (I don't mean that to sound condescending)

could you swap those 4 and give your album picks as well?
