Mind’s Eye : Bonus Track

Hi Progsters,
I hope you don't mind me asking, but this has been bugging me for a while.
On Mind's Eye's 2005 reissue of 'A Work Of Art', they include 2 bonus tracks... I will remember (Queensryche) and End Of the Line.  
Does anyone know who wrote 'End Of the Line'? is it one of theirs or a cover?  It sounds a bit Poverty's No Crime...ish.
