Hi all,

I have just finished watching the Opening Ceremony of the 18th British Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. Very spectacular for those who have not seen it. A surprise highlight was seeing The Church,  an Australian Prog-Related group, take center stage and play their most well known piece "Under The Milky Way" in front of a stadium crowd of 80,000 and to an estimated world-wide television viewing audience of 1Biillion people. What fantastic exposure for this group which has been playing together and has produced many quality albums over the last 3 decades. Their performance was excellent and integrated seemlessly into the Opening Ceremony proceedings. It was great to see a Prog Group up in the limelight of this great sporting event.

That's pretty cool. A lot of people here don't think the Church are proggy. I
think they are wrong. But I'm a Church fan.
