I'm afraid so. AOR isn't necessarily prog related- Toto are too slick, polished and poppy judged by the songs I know to be in the archives. The same goes for the likes of Journey, Boston, Foreigner and REO Speedwagon- whilst the occasional song dabbles with prog, they never quite get there imo. But yet, many would argue the same about Asia, who at least have various prog members in their ranks, so I dare say the 'if Asia are here, so should the other AOR bands be' argument could crop up. I couldn't really counter that argument as it is a good and fair one.

If bands like Toto were to be included, imo it would be an ABSOLUTE last resort, when all the other major and most minor prog acts have been included and other bands are just shoe-horned in to have a rounder picture of the genre's sub divisions.
