Well, anyone who knows this great Brazilian band could tell me if it should be here?
 
I always found it progressive, with excellent musicians, talented writers and wonderful songs.
 
If so, would it be Symphonic, Related, Art Rock?

I don't consider them prog, although they are great musicians.
The maximum could be prog related.

They aren't prog, but by the very elastic borders of the definition of prog defended by this site they could be here. A great first album.

For anyone who does not know the group SECOS E MOLHADOS (dry and wet [goods]) but is interested, see the above thread.
 
The group was progressive with a lower case 'p' but not Progressive Rock. Both the first and second albums are classics of Brazilian pop-rock, and were revolutionary for their time.
