When I want to add an album I have to download its cover image on my disk first. It would be faster if I could add it directly from an URL. What do you think?

It could be like on http://photobucket.com. There you can choose whether you want to upload the image from your computer or from an URL.

Does anybody else have an opinion?

Last time I added an album cover I simply pulled it directly onto my desktop and then into the spot on the additions page. You can use sites that feature the record.

I believe offering an either either/or option would be more complex in terms of the programming. It's therefore a question is it easier if it is a web-link or a file upload.

If you scan or photograph the image, there would be an extra step in placing it in Photobucket or similar first. Personally, I find it just as quick to save the image to my hard disc if it is on a web page, and upload it from there.

Tell us your preferences though.

If it has to be just one way, then the current method is best .... I also save it to disc then upload it from there.

What a lot of people seem to be forgetting is the size of these pictures .... we came across an enormous one today which was 1426x1426 pixels ..... they should be 200x200 ....... ShockedConfusedLOLWink etc etc
