Our 2nd album entitled 'Growing' finished - Oct 9th 2007 release date

We have finished recording and mixing all of the tracks for our 2nd album entitled 'Growing'. It is shceduled to be released on Oct 9th of 2007 (Sept 26th japan).

'Growing' will be released world wide on both CD and double LP format by Temporary Resicence Ltd and released in Japan on by Stifflack records. The Japanese version will have two extra bonus tracks. 'Growing' contains 10 tracks (12 japan and 2xLP) and runs about 45 minutes (55 japan and 2xLP). All tracks written and performed by Sleeping People plus 4 tracks written and performed solely by each of the 4 members. Plus a guest vocal apperrance by our good friend Rob Crow (Pinback, Heavy Vegatable, etc...). We will tour both the US and Japan following it's release.

Man. I'll try to move to the US in the near future to see all of these bands.Cry I feel like the guys that stay outside the venues listening to the music because they were too late to buy tickets.

At least I'll get to see one of my fav Reggae bands for free next Thursday (they're going to my college) and then see them in the same day in a venue somewhere doing a Bob Marley tribute.Big%20smile

That must be rough Ruben.
 
I am sort of lucky because if a band doesn't play in Baltimore they always play in D.C.,which is only 40 miles away.
 
This place,The Ottobar,where I am seeing Baroness is awesome.The Baroness tickets were only $8,and in November I am seeing Between the Buried and Me there(tickets...$13).
 
I also have tickets to see The Dillinger Escape Plan and Behold...the Arctopus in Nov but the show was postponed and no new date has been announced yet.Ouch
