Hugh Hopper died two days ago after a year long battle with Leukemia.

He will be missed, Hugh was one of my favorite bassists.

Too bad!I was really lucky to see him in 2007 with Soft Machine Legacy:great concert!He will be missed.

I was listening to Third rigt now; now it sounds different to me. A bit shocked, he was one of the greatest musicians ever.

Sorry, I checked the prog music lounge and prog bands, Artists and Genres Appreciation forum but I didn’t check prog news, press releases before I started the thread.
