Yesterday, I finally got around to buying myself a Guitar Hero game (you just have to love getting a tax refund). I picked up the Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits game, and also ended up with the World Tour edition as it came bundled with the guitar.

Tracks by prog artists that have been included in the games are:

Blue Öyster Cult - Godzilla
Kansas - Carry On Wayward Son
Queen - Killer Queen
Rush - YYZ
Dream Theater - Pull Me Under
Mars Volta - L'Via L'Viaquez
Muse - Assassin
Tool - Parabola, Schism, Vicarious.

10 prog tracks from a combined 130 tracks total is of course better than nothing, but the potential is there for so much more.

My question, then, is this: If Activision were to release a Guitar Hero game with nothing but prog/prog related tracks, which songs would you like to see included?
With magic, you can turn a frog into a prince.
With science, you can turn a frog into a Ph.D. and you still have the frog you started with.

King Crimsons Schizoid Man is in the next one, which im sure almost everyone knows since we had a topic on it. But personally id love to see some Floyd, as theyre quite well known amongst any music fans. maybe some Opeth, at least some Damnation tracks would  be alright if people arent big fans of death metal... also i believe Mastodon and Coheed and Cambria might be on the games, and theyre prog (well, prog and prog related)

I would still not buy it if the complete progarchives catalogue was included. People who play this game can learn to play the guitar quite nice for real in the same time they complete the game. It's a shame...
