Haha. I've posted a couple songs of hers in threads before, but they got no attention. The Brothel and The Silicone Veil are both fantastic. Father Father is one of my alltime favourite songs under 3 minutes.

Yeah, I got the debut along with The Brothel - not sorry, love it anyhow, but agree that follow-up is way better. Psyched about the new album as well (hopefully I'll get it this year - bit tight for cash with GAR at the doorstep), even though I much prefer the acoustic version of "White Foxes" to the album version.

By the way, has anyone heard her "Live at Salle Playel" album? Only heard a few samples on Amazon, sounds almost like prog-electronic to me.

The Brothel is a modern art pop(or whatever)-classic, and the new single White Foxes sure sounds promising.

Surely one of the most interesting people making music nowadays. Experimental yet mainstream in a simillar way Radiohead is.

But I'd skip the debut Kotro. Its just a singer/songwriter album. Not bad, but conventional.

trye the debute, it is different but it's good nonthe less

Aginor, I've been looking to get her debut, but it appears to be not one, but two of them? As far as I can tell, Susanne Sundfør and Take One share the same tracklist minus one song, and are both priced the same... Which one should I get? Confused

this TongueWinkClap

very good album more Piano drivven but full of classical influenced and twists and turns, but less progressive

I might also recomend another Norwegian solo princess less prog but equally good, Marit Larsen

she have two must have albums Under the Surface and the Chace

if you like Roger Hodgson then she is close to that

have you got the debute yet, and the other recomandation

Aginor, I can't thank you enough for bringing Susanne to atention. If not for your efforts here at PA I'm pretty sure I would never have heard of her, and I wouldn't have had the oportunity to get The Brothel, which so far is my favorite album from this year. Clap
