This collab has been talked about and mentioned for a while now and it sounds like the recording of it is complete so does anybody know if we'll finally be seeing it this year?

Considering both of these guys have released solid albums on their solo careers, their collaboration is something I'm crazy about.

Hi,

I would rather have the stuff that Steve can put together with Per Lindh than Squire any day of the week!. If there is a keyboard player that can push Steve, Per, or someone like Erik Nordstrum (Rocket Scientists) would be probalby the only ones that don't just do scales and chords!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Man I forgot all about that.

Seems like it's been in the works for years. Hopefully someome will be more helpful than these three replies.

That's certainly an odd couple.

I want a making of documentary where Squire comes up with crazy schemes and Hackett hesitantly follows and wacky hijinks ensue.

It would only be appropriate with that band name attached.

He is recording stuff with Roger King for the new studio album, but he has said that there will be "several other projects over the course of the year"......

I haven't heard any definite statement regarding the Squire collaboration...

Aha, I forgot a newsletter from october were he said

"I’ve recently worked with various people, including Steven Wilson and Gary Husband. The “Squackett” project between Chris Squire and me is complete and likely to come out over the next few months. Watch this space!"

I forgot that! SmileSmileSmile
