Music-wise, I feel it's their best. Very solid prog-rock with a heavy undertone. 
But like previous albums, the lyrics... why the cliches? Why be corny and cheesy? Usually I get passed lyrics, but here since it's so prominent and in front of the mix and very clear, it just annoys me. 
But the music is great!
