Lamb.  The closest I have heard from prog to approach a White Album/Abbey Road-like diversity. Almost like a comprehensive book of music. Genesis at the top of their game.

Pawn Hearts. For some reason, I always considered TLLDOB as Gabriel' very first solo effort, with some great tracks but pretty uninterresting in general.

Perfect answer. A gold medal to the golden bear. It is the scent of garlic that lingers on my chocolate fingers.

I thought that was a clever post as well! I enjoy the Lamb waayy more than Pawn Hearts though.

Pawn Hearts by light years

You'd be hard pressed to find something I wouldn't vote for over The Lamb, though.  Maybe "Friday", maybe.

Pawn Hearts by miles! Although I love the old Genesis, strangely Lamb is the one album which I find not that particular apealing

Pawn Hearts without hesitation.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive

Pawn Hearts. Best VDGG album.
And then one day you find
Ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run
You missed the starting gun

As much as I love"The Lamb" (the only Genesis album I would give five stars) I love "Pawn Hearts" even more, so my vote goes there.
