Gary Hughes good?

Hi there,

Ive recently got into the band Ayreon.  I was looking for bands
that sounded cool like them and this name came up.  IS his double
album good?  Should I get it?  Is he really considered one of
the best voices in prog?  And what about the band Ten?  Is
that a good band?  Thanks.
