Come to think of it, i wont be able to watch at that time, so ill close poll sunday morning at about 10 AM CET
(3.00 AM PA time)

If we were just talking rock music, I may very well agree with you, but of course, you can't compare it to classical music and jazz and such things. Not because either style is better, but just because they have little in common.

Although, you could counter-argue that Gates has enough jazz and classical in it to make it the ultimate hybrid of all musical forms...... and by extension, it may well be the best piece of music ever recorded!

Im not changing the rules,but as im living in europe, i will be sleeping at 00.01 AM PA time, so i will have to make the cut at a time, that im awake. The poll just runs a few hours more (at night that is)

Starless, closely followed by Gates..

I'm lukewarm on Carpet Crawlers, and Lady Fantasy, I find quite dull.

GG's Proclamation I don't like at all. To me it sounds mostly ridiculous. The lead vocal is awful. I've yet to work out if it's supposed to be funny.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

Starless. Would vote for it over any prog epic (or just 10 minute plus) I have heard except Echoes.  I like all the tracks on this list but Starless gets it.
