I'd say probably Destroy Erase Improve. Obzen and Chaosphere are great as well. I have yet to listen to Koloss, so I should probably get on that as soon as possible.

Destroy Erase Improve, with Chaosphere close behind.
 
Nothing and Catch 33 are on a split 3rd place, but Obzen is biting at their heels.. Contradiction Collapse get the 5th place, still a brilliant early tech metal album.
 
I have only heard Koloss once so far, but I really liked it.
RIO/AVANT/ZEUHL - The best thing you can get with yer pants on!
EXERIOR Experimental tech/death/progmetal from Norway!
